Luzette is an artist, creative and educator - who brings her unique flair for colour, inspiration and style to everything she touches!
Her work includes creating fine art blended with a passion for inspiring others to tap into their creative sides - Luzette shares her gifts both in schools developing art focused curriculum resources and hosting group art classes!
A life-long artist, Luzette's unique artistic projects are brought to life from the heart. She regularly works both independently, with groups and businesses - from providing one of a kind Face Art for bespoke events and festivals where glitter tigers and pastel unicorns are fan favourites, to in store window art displays, boutique event decorating, corporate art focused events and much more!

After School art class @ $130 for 4 weeks
We are running a quick 4 week workshop for all kids aged 5 -10.
Every Monday 26 August -16 September 3:30- 5pm
These are extremely popular and we have limited space in our new studio so get it super quick! If these are successful we will open them up to the 8 week block classes in Term 4

Suitable for ages 11 and up.
A deeper dive into Elements and Principals for art and refining techniques in different mediums. Extending learning done in art at school.

TERM 3 -2024 CLASS DETAILS
Term 3 Art classes
All classes in term 3 will run for a short 4 week block starting 26 August 2024 - 16 September 2024
After school art classes
Best suited for ages 5-10 or for those looking to have fun while learning the basics about art elements, all while strengthening hand muscles and creating precious muscle memory key later on in artist life. Lessons are based on an EPIC curriculum (Elements and Principles Integration Curriculum) All materials are included.
$130 per 4 week block
Monday 3:30-5 pm
All classes are held @ Luzette's studio - 4 Harbour street Oamaru Precinct
Skills and Techniques class
Skills and Techniques class:
Best suited for those ages 11-17 that already have a good understanding of art and art elements. In this class we will be taking an in depth look at different mediums and how they are best applied and executed. We focus on each person's skills and how to use them alongside different mediums to their advantage.
$175 for a 4 week block
Monday 6pm - 7:30pm
All classes are held @ Luzette’s studio located at 4 Harbour street, Oamaru Precinct
Creatives in Schools
Did you know that Luzette is a registered Creative with the ministry of Education? This means that if you are involved with a school in the Waitaki area you can reach out to apply for funding for your school to have Luzette work with students to create beautiful art for the school and learn valuable skills for the future. In 2023 Luzette worked with Papakio School and in 2024 Term 1 and 2 she will be working with Ardgowan school.

This is a perfect way to learn a new skill while having fun, catching up with friends, do something different for a birthday party, team building, staff parties, the list goes on. These classes are for a minimum of 10 people so get a group of friends together and get in touch
